The products by Caviar have an international certificate of authenticity with 5 protection levels. A personal certificate is provided to the owner along with the Item.
All the items presented in our online store Caviar are completely original products manufactured with the use of precious and rare materials. For iPhone, Samsung, Apple Watch, cases the warranty from our company is being provided for the period of 1 (one) year. For mechanical watches - 2 years. The warranty period for iPhone cases is 30 days.
Even after the warranty period expires, our service center is at your service. Qualified specialists are ready to provide a range of troubleshooting measures with your CAVIAR, if any.

Delivery

Production of your custom phone begins only after full payment (please view “Payment” to see the payment methods). Once your order is fully crafted and completed, it will be carefully checked by the technician, then packed and dispatched within 1–4 business days.
International delivery time varies depending on the destination but usually takes at least one week.
